Community Guidelines
HappyFunYo is for adults who want spontaneous conversations with other people. These guidelines explain how to help keep each interaction respectful and comfortable.
Effective October 22, 2026
1. Adults only
You must be 18 or older to use HappyFunYo. Do not claim to be an adult if you are under 18, and do not involve minors in sexual conversations or content. If someone appears to be under 18, end the interaction and use an available report control.
2. Consent and personal boundaries
Be respectful. Do not pressure anyone to continue a conversation, discuss sexual topics, perform an action on camera, share personal details, or move to another service. A “no,” a request to stop, or leaving the chat must be respected immediately.
3. Treat people with respect
Harassment, hate speech, threats, stalking, bullying, impersonation, sexual exploitation, scams, spam, and attempts to expose someone’s identity or private information are not acceptable. Do not use the service to promote violence or encourage illegal activity.
4. Protect privacy
Do not share another person’s image, recording, contact details, or other identifying information without their clear permission. Do not record or redistribute a conversation without the other person’s consent. Think carefully before sharing your own phone number, address, workplace, financial information, or social accounts.
5. End or report an uncomfortable interaction
You can leave a conversation whenever you choose. If reporting or blocking controls are available in the experience, use them to flag conduct that violates these guidelines. HappyFunYo may review reported behavior and restrict access for violations.
